Neil McLennan is Senior Lecturer and Director of Leadership Programmes at University of Aberdeen where he is also an Associate at the Centre for Global Security and Governance. He is a former history teacher and past president of the Scottish History Teachers Association. He has lectured to Royal Military Academy Sandhurst Group on leadership models and values-based leadership. He researches and writes extensively on First World War history.
