Professor Pat Tissington is a Professor and Academic Director for Employability and Skills at the University of Warwick. Previously he was Head of Organizational Psychology at Birkbeck College, University of London, lecturing on leadership, teams, organizational behaviour and crisis management. He has carried out research and consultancy with a wide range of organisations including AstraZeneca, Shell and the security services. He joined the British Army as a Gunner in 16 Regt RA followed by Spec Pol RA (Reserve) and 100 Field Regt RA. He left after 6 years with the rank of Lance Bombardier.
