Colonel Hayman is a serving British Army Officer in the final year of a full-time doctoral programme at Cranfield’s School of Management. His career has mixed specialist Educational and Training Services (ETS) roles with more generalist army employment. Career highlights include platoon command at Sandhurst, Directing Staff on the Advanced Command and Staff Course and commanding the North West Officers’ Training Regiment.
