Maj Alex Phillips MC is the Officer Commanding D Coy, a mechanised infantry company in The 4th Battalion, The Royal Regiment of Scotland, nicknamed ‘The Clan’. He has served in Cyprus and Afghanistan, where he was awarded a Military Cross on Op HERRICK 10.
